There will also be music, mythology and meditation and a sunset ceremony above Delphi with works by Angelos Sikelianos. He was the poet who held the first Delphic Festival as part of his revival of the "Delphic Idea" based on that simple path to peace, written over the entrance of Delphi, ‘Know Thyself’.The Peace Weekend in Delphi will be a part of one of the biggest Peace Festival the world has seen, held at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin on July 2nd and 3rd 2011. Over one hundred and fifty countries will come together in Berlin to celebrate a common desire for a violence-free stress-free world. This will be a celebration of peace and common values with music, meditation, dance and food in a unique festival.

This week-end is part of the Art of Living organization's worldwide initiative of creating a stress free and violent free world through courses and their humanitarian work in the world’s conflict zones.
