 aims at informing on the results of the DDM2 project and achieving wide feedback on the European Guidance and follow-up schemes, before their submission to the European Commission. Furthermore, through the information dissemination regarding the DDM2 project, all countries will hopefully be encouraged to establish and maintain continuous population dose estimation in accordance with EC directive requirements. The workshop will be a great opportunity to discuss and exchange information on population doses from medical procedures.
Thematically, it will focus on:

• the presentation of data collection results

• the presentation of population dose estimations

• the evaluation of the test implementation of the European Guidance (RP154) - proposals for modifications or amendments

• the presentation of the population dose information database.

The workshop is addressed to:

• all medical radiation practices professionals in Europe

• representatives of professional societies

• national organizations responsible for collecting health care statistical information

• competent radiation protection authorities
